Differently-abled
war heroes of the Sri Lanka Army showcased their dramatic and dancing
skills in a stunning show performed at the Nelum Pokuna in Colombo
Friday (18th March).
Secretary to the President P.B Abeykoon,
Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Eng. Karunasena Hettiarachchi, and
the Commander of the Sri Lanka Army Lieutenant General Crishanthe De
Silva were present at the event.
Over 147 differently-abled war heroes of
the Army together with the renowned 'Team Gajithra' performed their
inherent talents in the eye-catching event 'Perseverance'.
Having sacrificed their legs and limbs
for sake of the motherland, the strength and the courage they have
build-up in the present day was highly exposed at the spectacular
display.
